Support and contacts

Pick the reason you are writing about and the form asks for what that case actually needs — the invoice, the lost key, the answer that did not add up. One person reads every request.

One person answers, Monday to Friday, and the first reply arrives within 2 business days. If a case takes longer to resolve, you hear where it stands instead of waiting in silence.

Why people write

Five reasons, five sets of details

Each of these needs something different from you. Telling us which one it is, up front, is what turns three emails into one.

Subscription

Subscription and payments

Invoices and receipts, renewals, changing which continents you cover, cancelling, refunds. The subscription is bought only on nfsynq.net and the payment goes through Stripe: every item on that list is ours to handle, with nowhere else to send you.

Tell us the address used for the purchase and what you need: invoice, renewal, change of continents, cancellation or refund.

Access key

A lost access key

The key is what unlocks your subscription in the app. Lose it and you cannot get into the portal either, which is why this form is the only way back in — and it is the request we receive most often. We reissue the key to the address that bought the subscription and to no other.

Give us the address used for the purchase and, if you still have them, the last 6 letters of the key.

Answer

A wrong answer, or a source that does not add up

This is the channel that protects the product. If OPĒS gave you a limit, a threshold or a reference that does not match the official text, we check it against the source and correct the knowledge base. One report of this kind is worth more than ten bad reviews, and it is the only one that makes the next answer better.

Tell us the question exactly as you asked it, the market you had selected, and what did not add up: the correct figure, or the act that says otherwise, if you have it.

App

Something wrong with the app

It closes on its own, a screen will not load, signing in fails, an answer never arrives, or the purchase went through and the subscription is still not recognised.

Tell us the device and its system version, the app version (Settings, then About), what you were doing and what happened instead.

Other

Anything else

Your personal data and the rights you have over it, the seller's details, an idea for a feature, press, partnerships — anything that fits none of the four above.

Write it in your own words. If it concerns your personal data, say so in the first line: those requests have a deadline set by law and we track them separately.

Write to us

Send a request

The form is the way we recommend. It records your request on our side the moment you send it, with the details already in the right order, and you get a confirmation by email. Please do not include other people's personal data or confidential business information: helping you never requires them.

Tell us the address used for the purchase and what you need: invoice, renewal, change of continents, cancellation or refund.

Only if it differs from the address above: it is the one the subscription is tied to.

The form is the route we recommend, because your request is recorded the moment you send it. If you prefer plain email, write to us at support@nfsynq.net.

Frequently asked

Answered before you ask

The things we are asked most often, answered in full.

How does the subscription work, continent by continent?

OPĒS is sold by continent: Europe, Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania. You take the ones you work with and pay for those, and from four upwards the Global plan applies and covers all five. The number of continents is the only thing that changes the price: no feature is held back on the smaller steps. You can change your coverage whenever you like — adding a continent takes effect straight away, removing one at the next renewal. The whole price list is on the price page.

How do I cancel?

The subscription is bought only on nfsynq.net, so cancelling is asked of us: send the form with "Subscription and payments" from the address you subscribed with and we stop the renewal, with no notice period. There is nothing to cancel in your Apple or Google settings, because nothing was bought there. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Why does OPĒS sometimes answer that it does not know?

Because the knowledge base does not cover that question for that market — and when that happens the model is not asked at all. That is a design decision, not a fault. A system that always produces an answer will sooner or later invent a threshold, and in food safety an invented threshold costs far more than a missing one. When OPĒS says it does not know, it is telling you the truth about its own coverage, and you still know exactly where you stand. Send us the question through the form: the gaps people actually run into are the first ones we fill.

I have lost my access key. What now?

Use the form and choose "A lost access key". Give the address used for the purchase and, if you still have them, the last 6 letters of the key: those are all we can match against, because the key itself is never stored — we keep only its last six letters and a fingerprint. Never send the whole key. We reissue it to the purchase address and to no other, which is also what stops anyone else from asking for yours.

Do I get an invoice or a receipt?

Yes. Stripe emails the receipt as soon as the payment goes through, to the address you subscribed with: it is your proof of purchase, so keep it. If you cannot find it, ask through the form and we send it again.

What happens to what I write here?

The request is recorded on our side and then forwarded to support, so nothing depends on a single email getting through, and you receive a confirmation. Support correspondence is kept for 24 months from the closure of the request, as the privacy policy says. If you would rather use plain email, support@nfsynq.net reaches the same place — but the form is the route we recommend, because it arrives with the details already in order.
