The number of continents is the only thing that changes the price. There are no per-country add-ons and no feature held back on the smaller steps.

The subscription renews at the end of each period at the price then in force. You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
Write to support from the address you subscribed with and we stop the renewal, with no notice period. There is nothing to cancel in the App Store or on Google Play, because nothing was bought there.
Questions
Five: Europe, Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania. They are exactly the five groupings the knowledge base uses to filter regulation, so the coverage you buy is the coverage you get — no hidden edges.
Because it would cost more than the plan that covers everything. From four continents upwards the Global plan applies, at the price shown in the table. All five continents: 252 countries and territories with the competent authority and the framework law, 240 with the applicable act and the provenance of its source established, and EU food law with its values.
Yes. Add or remove a continent whenever you like: the plan moves to the corresponding step from the next renewal, and the coverage changes straight away when you add.
What the table shows is what you are charged. The Publisher operates under the small-business scheme and is not registered for VAT. No tax is charged on the subscription and there is no VAT number to state: the price you see is the price you pay.
Yes. The subscription follows your account, not the device: sign in on your phone and your tablet and you find the same assistant, with the same coverage. Conversations do not sync, though, because they are not stored anywhere: each question lives in the screen where you ask it.
The assistant stops answering. Your account stays — the address, trading name and coverage you had — so you can subscribe again whenever you like without recreating it.
No. OPĒS is a separate consumer app with its own subscription. The enterprise compliance platform is sold separately at nfsynq.com, and a subscription to one gives no right to the other.
Yes, automatically. Stripe emails it as soon as the payment goes through, to the address you subscribed with. If you cannot find it, write to support and we will send it again.
The app is on its way to the App Store and Google Play. Your coverage, and its price, are waiting here.
