Do I need to be good with computers?+
No. NFSynq is made for people who aren't IT experts: answer a few questions and the plan is ready. If you need it, we guide you step by step and support is in your language.
What's the difference between Light, Pro and Executive?+
Light: HACCP plan and controls for 1 business. Pro: adds suppliers, batches and unlimited operators. Executive: multiple locations in a single view. You can change plan at any time.
Is there a limit on batches or products?+
With the Pro and Executive plans you manage operators, suppliers and batches with no limits. The Light plan is meant for a single business that's starting out.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Your data is protected, stored on servers in the European Union, and you always remain its owner. You can export it whenever you want.
Can I cancel whenever I want?+
Of course. No commitment: the subscription is monthly and you can cancel at any time, directly from the app, in a few clicks.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. You can fill in checklists and record temperatures even without a connection: data syncs by itself as soon as you're back online.
